Ashwaubenon is unlike the other Green Bay suburbs. It has residential neighborhoods like every other municipality here — but layered over the top is the densest commercial and hospitality corridor in Brown County. Lambeau Field, Resch Center, Bay Park Square Mall, Titletown District, and the hotel/restaurant belt along Lombardi Ave and Holmgren Way. That mix means our Ashwaubenon service calls split about 60/40 residential to commercial, which is not the ratio anywhere else in the county.
Residential Ashwaubenon
- Cormier Road / Willard Dr neighborhoods. 1970s and 1980s ranches, mostly attached two-car garages with steel doors on their second or third replacement. Spring and opener work.
- Ashwaubenon High area. Post-1990s builds, larger attached garages, standard insulated steel.
- South of Highway 172 near the river. Older housing stock, some detached shop-style garages.
Commercial Ashwaubenon
This is where Ashwaubenon differs from anywhere else we work. Restaurants, retail, and hospitality have back-of-house rolling steel doors that lock the building down at close, and they can't stay stuck. A common call: dinner service is over at 10pm, the closing manager tries to bring the back door down, it won't cycle. The alarm can't set and the manager has to stay until we can be there. We take those calls.
- Lombardi Ave corridor — the hotel, restaurant, and retail strip parallel to Lambeau.
- Holmgren Way / Bay Park — mall retail, big-box, and the pad restaurants around the corner.
- Oneida St — a mix of auto dealerships, service centers, and light industrial with sectional overhead service doors.
- Titletown District — newer commercial with modern glass and aluminum doors.

Game-day scheduling note
On Packers home game days, traffic on Lombardi, Ridge, and Oneida turns into gridlock in and around Lambeau for four to six hours before and after the game. If you're a commercial customer in that zone and you need a scheduled maintenance visit, we'll ask about the calendar so we don't get stuck. Emergency calls still get through — we just route around the game footprint.
