Do you handle fire-rated rolling door annual inspections?
Yes. NFPA 80 requires annual drop testing on fire-rated doors. We do the inspection, document the test, and repair any issues found.
Can you service doors we didn't originally install?
Yes. Most commercial door service work is on doors we didn't install. We stock parts for the common commercial manufacturers.
Do you offer recurring maintenance contracts for property managers?
Yes. Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual visits across single or multi-site portfolios. Call and we'll scope it.
Can you do high-cycle operator upgrades on old residential-grade doors?
If the door itself is rated for the duty cycle, yes. If the door is a residential unit being used commercially and failing constantly, we'll usually recommend the door and operator get replaced as a package rather than throwing a heavy operator on a light door.
