We're a Brown County operation. Green Bay proper is home base, but a normal week has us in De Pere, Howard, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, Allouez, and further out. Pick your town for what we usually see there and how we route the calls.
Towns we cover
De Pere
Historic downtown around Broadway and Main Ave, the St. Norbert area, and the older housing stock on both sides of the Fox River. Carriage-style retrofits and single-car door replacements come up often here.
Howard
Newer subdivisions like Woodland Estates and Duck Creek Ridge, mostly post-2000 construction with three-car attached garages as the norm. Insulated door installs and MyQ retrofits.
Ashwaubenon
Residential from Cormier Rd through the neighborhoods around Ashwaubenon High, plus the commercial density along Lombardi Ave, Holmgren Way, and Oneida St. Lambeau and Bay Park adjacencies.
Bellevue
Rapid east-side growth over the last 15 years. Willow Creek, Woodfield, and the subdivisions off Manitowoc Rd and Eaton Rd. New-construction installs and smart-opener upgrades.
Allouez
Established east-side neighborhoods along Webster Ave and Riverside Dr, mid-century single-car garages, aging spring assemblies. Spring replacements and single-door retrofits.
Ledgeview
Growing town south of De Pere along the Niagara Escarpment. Newer three-car attached garages on hillside subdivision lots off Dickinson and Rockland Rd. Side-load layouts with high-lift track.
Suamico
Fast-growing north-side village along Hwy 41. Post-2005 subdivisions east of the highway, three-car matched-set replacements and smart-opener retrofits.
Hobart
West-side village transitioning rural to subdivision. Oneida Nation adjacencies, larger lots, three-car new-builds off Overland Rd, and hobby-farm outbuildings.
Pulaski
Village on the Brown/Shawano/Oconto tri-county line, 30 minutes northwest. Small-town residential, farm shops, and vintage detached-garage retrofits.
Brown County
Denmark, Wrightstown, rural townships, and the outlying areas the suburbs don't cover. Farm shops, pole barns, and country residential.
Oconto County
North of Brown County. Oconto Falls, Little Suamico, Lena, and cabin country up to Lakewood and Townsend. Seasonal-property service and rural residential.
Kewaunee County
East along Lake Michigan. Luxemburg, Kewaunee, Algoma. Coastal-exposure residential with galvanized hardware, plus dairy-country farm shops.
Areas we can reach on request
The core five suburbs plus Green Bay are our regular daily route. The rest, Ledgeview, Suamico, Hobart, Pulaski, and outer Brown County, get regular scheduled visits and are always in scope. For Oconto and Kewaunee County calls, we route weekly and pair appointments where we can. Further out, Shawano, Outagamie, and points north into Marinette County, we take on request for larger installs where the drive is built into the appointment. Emergency calls in the outer counties carry a longer response window; we'll be honest about the timing when you call.
Coverage FAQs
What's the furthest you'll drive?
For repair calls, roughly a 30-minute drive from Green Bay in normal traffic. Beyond that we'll usually recommend you contact a shop closer to you unless it's a job we're already routing near. For installs, further is fine. The appointment length absorbs the drive.
Do you charge more for outer-county calls?
Standard service pricing applies within our regular route. Outer-county calls may include a modest drive-time surcharge that we'll quote before the visit. Never a surprise on the invoice.
Can you handle multiple properties at the same address? (Property manager use case)
