Hobart sits directly west of Ashwaubenon along Cty VV and County Rd U, and it's one of the more interesting places in Brown County from a garage-door perspective. A lot of the village sits on Oneida Nation land, and the housing stock ranges from decades-old rural single-family homes to brand-new subdivision growth off Overland Rd. Lots tend to be larger than in the closer-in suburbs, driveways longer, and outbuildings more common. That means we see a wider mix here than in the tighter subdivisions of Howard or Bellevue.

The larger-lot end of Hobart sees regular pole-barn and shop-door work. Insulation is a judgment call: if the shop is heated for winter use, R-16 insulated steel makes sense; if it's a cold-storage building for a tractor and a UTV, non-insulated is fine and cheaper.
